This Privacy Policy describes how AlAzm Tech (شركة العزم للتقنية, also known as TorqueSpeed Tech) ("AlAzm," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit alazmtech.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us. AlAzm Tech is the exclusive reseller of Meridian Systems ("Meridian") products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is the controller of personal data collected through the Site.
Information we collect
We collect a limited set of information necessary to operate the Site and respond to interest in Meridian products:
- Waitlist information. When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, first and last name, company name, and the time of submission.
- Communication content. If you contact us by email, we collect the contents of your message and any contact information you choose to share.
- Usage information. We may collect aggregate, non-identifying information about visits to the Site, including pages viewed, time on site, referring source, and approximate location at city or country level. We do not employ advertising trackers.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use a minimal set of cookies and local storage entries necessary for the Site to function, such as remembering your language choice. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
How we use information
- To contact you about Meridian products, availability in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, launch updates, and information you have requested.
- To respond to your inquiries and prepare proposals for your organisation.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
- To comply with applicable laws and protect against misuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information in the following limited circumstances:
- With Meridian Systems. As the provider of the products we resell, Meridian Systems receives waitlist submissions made through the Site, which are delivered directly to its mailing platform, so that Meridian and AlAzm can respond to your interest, provide product access, and support you.
- With service providers who help us operate the Site or communicate with you (for example, hosting, email delivery, or analytics providers), under contractual obligations of confidentiality.
- If required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case we will require any successor to honour this Policy.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other applicable law, you may have the right to be informed about how your personal data is processed; to access and obtain a copy of your personal data; to request its correction, completion, or update; to request its destruction when it is no longer needed; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. International transfers
Meridian Systems and some of our service providers process information outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the Site or providing information to us, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Where we transfer personal data outside the Kingdom, we do so in accordance with applicable Saudi data protection requirements and put appropriate safeguards in place.
Children
The Site is intended for use by adults in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
